After the 1:1 draw against Reims, PSG needed a reaction. They needed it to keep their dream of a treble alive. In the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France, Luis Enrique relied on Dembelé from the start behind Goncalo Ramos and Mbappé. And the attacking trio were in the spotlight right from the start of the game: after five minutes, Dembelé made former Gladbach player Dante look old-fashioned, but Goncalo Ramos headed narrowly over to the right.
Before the end of the first quarter of an hour, it was 1:0 for the favorites because Thuram made a bad mistake in his own penalty area. Nizza’s keeper completely loses his bearings
In the 33rd minute it was still 2:0, because this time Bulka had a blackout: Nice’s keeper failed to receive the ball in the penalty area, then lost his bearings – Dembelé laid on for Fabian.

Lotomba misses a huge double chance

PSG then scored out of nowhere – because their opponents helped out again: After a short corner, 40-year-old Dante unhappily extended the ball to the second post, where Lucas Beraldo was allowed to nod in from close range (60′).
PSG invested only the bare minimum in the final half hour, but Nice lacked any sparkling ideas. As a result, Paris progressed to the semi-finals of the French Cup, where Stade Rennes await at the beginning of April. Olympique Lyon and second-division side Valenciennes face off in the other semi-final
First up for PSG, however, is an away game at Montpellier on Sunday (8.45pm), with Nice hosting Lens the day before (9pm).
