Cristiano Ronaldo hasn’t felt this uncomfortable for a long time! The world footballer was a guest at the “Day of Reckoning” boxing matches in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Portuguese sat in the front row for the fights and the organizers had placed boxing legend Conor McGregor right next to him – much to Ronaldo’s chagrin.
McGregor sought a chat with Ronaldo, who had come with his son Angel dos Santos Aveiro, as soon as he entered the ring. “It’s a small ring”, the Irishman said several times in Ronaldo’s direction until he finally nodded.
Once the two had taken their seats, they shook hands amicably until McGregor suddenly grabbed the star striker’s left wrist and began to compare their watches. Ronaldo showed interest for a brief moment, but then the MMA expert launched into an eternally long monologue

Net reactions overturn
Ronaldo’s desperation was written all over his face; it was clear to see that the 38-year-old felt uncomfortable and was completely exasperated by McGregor’s chatter. However, the latter was unperturbed and continued his monologue.
Meanwhile, the reactions on the net were overwhelming: One X user wrote: “This is going to be a long night for Ronaldo’s right ear”, while another user was more explicit, “Cristiano is also thinking: when is this guy going to stop talking? “
