Quarantine ended: Last Sandhausen players back in training

At SV Sandhausen all players who tested positive for Corona have ended their quarantine The club announced on Tuesday that all players are now back in training.

Breathe a sigh of relief in Sandhausen: The entire squad will be available again for the upcoming second division match against 1. FC Nürnberg on Friday. After 18 positive Corona tests and the cancellation of the match against FC St. Pauli, the players who tested positive have now been able to end their quarantine.

“After the further PCR tests yesterday, all players who were last affected fulfilled the requirements to return to team training. There were also no further new positive findings,” the club announced on Tuesday. The situation at Sandhaus had already eased somewhat over the last week. In the coming English week, two more heavyweights await coach Alois Schwartz’s charges after the FCN with the catch-up game at St. Pauli and the game at Schalke.
