Liverpool has secured the services of Anderson Arroyo, according to the Premier League club announces Tuesday afternoon. The Merseyside club has been associated with the 18 year old wing defender for several weeks. Liverpool now announces that the arrival of the Colombian teenager has been definitively completed.

Arroyo comes from Fortaleza, which leads to the second highest level in Colombia. Liverpool and Fortaleza reached an agreement in January, but completing the final formalities also took up the first days of February.
