Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki is expecting another child. The Danish tennis star announced the news on Instagram, where she uploaded a photo showing the 34-year-old posing on the beach with her husband David Lee and their two children. The family picture shows the four of them barefoot on light-colored sand, with the sea in the background – Wozniacki is the center of attention.
She is wearing a light-colored, patterned dress. Her husband has his arm lovingly around her and is beaming just as much as she is into the camera. Particularly touching: the couple’s daughter is proudly holding ultrasound images in her hands – the family is expecting another addition.
The Dane wrote: “We are officially switching to zone defense! Our family couldn’t be more excited to welcome baby number 3 soon!”
The zone defense is a reference to her partner Lee, who used to play in the NBA. A basketball team consists of five players. Wozniacki ended her career once before, in 2020. In the summer of 2023, the former world number one celebrated a comeback.
