Group 4: Winner and final tournament participant: Spain – Relegated: Switzerland/Ukraine*

*The match between Switzerland and Ukraine has been cancelled. A decision on how it will be scored is still pending.

League B

Group 1: Promoted: Austria – Relegated: Northern Ireland
Group 2: Promoted: Czech Republic – Relegated: Slovakia
Group 3: Promoted: Hungary – Relegated: Turkey
Group 4: Promoted: Wales – Relegated: Bulgaria

League C

Group 1: Promoted: Montenegro – Relegated: Cyprus
Group 2: Promoted: Armenia – Participants in relegation: Estonia
Group 3: Promoted: Slovenia – Participants in relegation: Republic of Moldova
Group 4: Promoted: Albania – Participants in the relegation: Kazakhstan

The two relegated teams in League D will be played out in a relegation. The pairings on 24/25 and 28/29 March 2022 are: Kazakhstan – Republic of Moldova and Cyprus – Estonia. The losers will be relegated.
