FC Schalke 04 can hope for full stands again in the future. Up to 56,617 tickets are to be sold for the home match against Dynamo Dresden.
On Tuesday, FC Schalke gave their own supporters the opportunity to submit ticket requests for the upcoming home match against Dresden and announced in the course of this that the Veltins Arena should be much better attended again in the future. Even before the last home game, there had been a new corona protection order in North Rhine-Westphalia that would have allowed the Knappen to fill a comparable amount of seats. But due to the short notice, Gelsenkirchen refrained from doing so and left it at 26,546 spectators for the 3-0 win against Ingolstadt ;
Now the new freedoms are to be used against Dynamo Dresden. These allow the club to also release all season tickets again and open up a reduced amount of standing room. Atmosphere in the stands should thus be guaranteed at Schalke.
