Olympic hero signs with superstar

After winning the bronze medal at the 2024 Olympic Games, Nelvie Tiafack announces the next step in his career. The heavyweight professional signs with YouTube star Jake Paul’s promotion.

Just last year, Nelvie Tiafack won the bronze medal in the super heavyweight division, the highest amateur class, at the Olympic Games in Paris.
Now he has revealed the next step in his career.

The 26-year-old signed with YouTube superstar Jake Paul’s well-known promotion “Most Valuable Promotions” (MVP). This was announced by MVP’s official Instagram account on Thursday.

“My goal is to become the best in my weight class and become an MVP. So I didn’t have to think twice about why I decided to work with Most Valuable Promotions,” Tiafack said of the upcoming collaboration.

Boxing: Tiafack is the next European addition to MVP

MVP founders Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian are also convinced of their new signing. Tiafack will be the first German boxer to sign with them. Since its founding, the consulting firm has continued to grow, including in Europe. In July, it signed five female boxers, including one from the UK. Its portfolio currently includes nearly 40 athletes.

“We believe he has all the tools to become a world champion.

His life story, which took him from humble beginnings to the world stage, is one we are proud to be a part of,“ said those responsible.

Promoter Paul, who has often caused controversy on the video platform YouTube, is a boxer himself—albeit more of a showman.

His fights are mostly broadcast on Netflix, with his most recent match against Mike Tyson reaching 125 million live viewers. In 2021, the influencer founded the MVP promotion together with Bidarian.
“MVP is the most innovative promotion ever. They understand the business in and out of the ring.
