The top German doubles pair are aiming to win their second title in Turin to round off their career together on the tour.
The German Davis Cup doubles pair, Kevin Krawietz and Tim Pütz, will compete once more at the prestigious ATP Finals to round off their career together on the tour. The duo from Coburg and Frankfurt reached the last 16 at the ATP tournament in Paris, thereby qualifying for the season-ending event featuring the top eight doubles pairs in Turin from 15 to 22 November. Krawietz and Pütz celebrated their greatest joint success in 2024 with their triumph at the Finals.
The pair are splitting up at the end of the season; Pütz (38) wants to spend more time with his family in future. Krawietz (34) will partner Croatian Mate Pavic on the tour from now on. Krawietz and Pütz have been playing doubles together since 2023, but despite reaching two finals at the US Open, they were unable to secure a Grand Slam title together.
To mark the end of their partnership, they are aiming to win two more major titles: at their third consecutive appearance in Turin and subsequently, from 24 to 29 November, at the Davis Cup Finals in Bologna with the German team led by Alexander Zverev.
