German wrestlers without World Championship medals on Friday

The German wrestlers Christopher Kramer and Michael Widmayer both fail in the quarter-finals on the seventh day of competition at the World Championships in Serbia.

The German wrestlers are still waiting for their second medal at the World Championships in Serbia. Christopher Kramer (up to 60 kg) and Michael Widmayer (72 kg) both failed in the quarter-finals on the seventh day of competition in Belgrade. Light heavyweight Peter Öhler (up to 97 kg), on the other hand, still has a chance in the hope round on Saturday because his opponent made it to the final.

Anastasia Blayvas (up to 55 kg) had won bronze for the German team on Tuesday.
